Old armchair with beautiful frame and mahogany carving; An item which deserves to be restored and kept for generations. Restoration involved stripping the old fabric, repairing the frame, re-polishing the timber, re-webbing/springing and adding new horsehair before recovering.

I must admit that this would not be my fabric choice! Especially as its £90 per m! However the customer is always right! These were high quality furniture with solid beech frames. We stripped the old upholstery away, before repairing any faults in the frame/ springing.
Labour cost for recovering 2 seater sofa : £500 plus vat.
Labour cost for recovering armchair: £390 plus vat
Extra cost for refurbing the cushion innards (labour & materials) : £135
Logisitics and set up including pickup and delivery from Tunbridge wells Kent: £31.15 plus vat
Total cost for armchair and sofa : £1056.15 plus vat
